New EDKY Chapter 13 Plan Effective 12/01/2023

KYEB Local Form 3015-1(a), the Chapter 13 Plan, has been revised and is effective for cases filed on or after December 1, 2023.

Debtors’ attorneys and creditors’ attorneys need to familiarize themselves with the changes. To assist you in making the transition to the revised plan and in understanding the significant changes, here are some written materials for you. I have also prepared a video presentation using PowerPoint slides to discuss some of the most significant changes in the plan.
