Posted by KYEB Local Form 3015-1(a), the Chapter 13 Plan form used here in the E.D. of Kentucky, will be revised effective December 1, 2023. The new form and a redlined version are available on the Bankruptcy Court’s website at https://www.kyeb.uscourts.gov/news/updates-local-forms-and-orders. Interested parties may offer comments via a link on that page. All comments must be received by the Bankruptcy Court by Friday, November 3, 2023.
To assist in the review of the proposed plan, I have prepared a document showing a side-by-side and section-by-section comparison of the existing plan vs. the proposed revision along with an explanation of the reason for each change. It is not a complete redlined version, but the significant changes are highlighted.
