The NACTT Academy is hosting a FREE webinar, “Protecting Your License:  Ethical Use of Nonlawyer Staff for Client Intake,” on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 2:00 EDT.  Please join me along with panelists Nick Zingarelli (Cincinnati OH) and Chris Baker (Hampton VA) for practical advice and ethical guidelines on using paralegals, legal assistants, and other nonlawyer assistants in your practice, with particular emphasis on the client intake process.

CLICK HERE to register for the webinar.

This webinar is geared towards debtors’ attorneys and their staff but is useful to any attorneys who use nonlawyer assistants in their practice.

Since the webinar is free, have your staff watch/listen as well.

I have requested approval from the Kentucky Bar Association for 1 hour of ethics CLE for this program.

If you can’t attend, join the Academy.  Members have access to the entire library of past webinars.  Go to for more information.
